Our certification process is designed to be clear and collaborative:

       Application review: we review your application against the standard requirements as well as internal organizational procedures.

       Documentation Review: We review your management system documentation remotely to ensure it meets standard requirements.

       Stage 1 (On-site Audit): Our lead auditor will briefly visit your premises to ensure you understand the Standard, what it requires, the scope of the management system and the overall operation of your management system.

       Stage 2 (On-site Audit): Our lead auditor visits your premises to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of your system to verify the compliance of the organization's management system against the relevant standard through interviews, observations, and document & record reviews.

       Certification Decision: Following a successful Stage 2 audit and resolution of any findings, we issue your official certificate.

       Surveillance Audits: To maintain certification, we conduct annual surveillance audits to ensure continued compliance and improvement.

       Recertification: A full re-assessment is conducted every three years prior to certificate renewal.
